5 Element Food Therapy ships throughout the United States.
One-off orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Subscription orders are shipped on Tuesday.
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh food supplements, we offer only expedited shipping to all locations.
UPS and USPS overnight and 2 day options are available to all customers.
Customers in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington also have the option of GSO 2 day shipping.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your order, for any reason, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
Subscriptions
All 5 Element Food Therapy fresh food supplements can be purchased with a subscription, allowing you to place one order that will renew on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. This saves you the hassle of placing regular orders, keeps our great products showing up at your door, and even saves you 5% off of your purchase!
Just select the Subscribe & Save option when adding products to your cart to get started.
Your first order will be fulfilled on the Tuesday following your initial purchase. After that shipment, your orders will be shipped according to the schedule you opted for at checkout:
4 week schedule - Bills every 4 weeks on Monday, ships on Tuesday
2 week schedule - Bills every 2 weeks on Monday, ships Tuesday
