Shipping policy

5 Element Food Therapy ships throughout the United States. One-off orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Subscription orders are shipped on Tuesday. Due to the perishable nature of our fresh food supplements, we offer only expedited shipping to all locations. UPS and USPS overnight and 2 day options are available to all customers. Customers in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington also have the option of GLS 2 day shipping.
